What to Expect
In the first session, we will discuss our commitment to the coaching process:
We will then explore what aspect of your life you most want to improve. Through this exploration you will understand what is important and work on creating a vision of your future. Sometimes the vision emerges quickly and sometimes it takes significant contemplation.
In the next session we will refine your vision into what you would like to do consistently in the short-term, and then we will start developing and implementing frequent actions to support long-term changes.
In each follow-on session there will be time to reflect, discuss topics that are on your mind, and talk through your thoughts - all in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Joanna is a National Board and Wellcoaches certified Health and Wellbeing Coach. She can help you break through blockages, gain clarity and consistency towards personal and professional growth. Her approach of curiosity and empathy will support you to uncover your needs and values to start living the life you want.
